All Brooklyn Bound tote bags are handmade and made-to-order in New York.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping. Because each piece is created in small batches by an independent artist, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, special releases, or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

At this time, Brooklyn Bound ships within the United States only.

Brooklyn Bound is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Brooklyn Bound does not currently offer:

  • returns

  • exchanges

  • cancellations

  • refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing/preferences

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at Brooklyn Bound’s discretion.

Any fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misuse of the website may result in order cancellation or restricted access to future purchases.
